I don't mind if people want me to look for political education material. It's fine. But in this case I am not well versed. I know that there is super-exploitation going on, and evasion of the right of workers to organise and to have benefits alongside wages. I have a general understanding of the question. If my memory serves me well, this was a topic that I covered in my first and possibly my only ever speech to a Party (CPGB, it was) Congress, maybe 35 years ago, in London. But I don't know the ins and outs of the current controversy here in SA. I do wonder how *bona fide* temporary work, which some workers, as well as some employers, do find useful, will be preserved if there is a blanket ban. It would be better if somebody else can guide us here. I confess I am really not sure about the legislative progress on this matter.
