should we be paying so much money to prevent a leak of exam papers? if the province doesn't want to write free and fair exams- its their loss. why should further tax payers' monies be wasted in leadership that does not want to clean house? province- get ur house in order, we cannot allow this anomally to continue forever. national education is not distant mpumalanga, why should national dept carry the responsibility for the province???????
