Here is a candidate,male and currently serving as a ward councillor in properl constituted BGM she top the list with 72 members infavour of her out of 106 .18 members nominated the second candidate however she was rejected completely by the community with about 1500 attendance. Out of. 800 potential voters of 2009 april election. The recomendations of screening comittee and RLC was overuled by the REC and recomend her to be candidate councillor to the province though we still waiting for formal announce on the matter.So what should be done in this case?
