I raised it before and will raise it again because membership of this forum is not stagnant. The congress is the highest decision making body that make resolutions including on leadership. To single out one NEC member and claim he did not have a branch or membership at the time of his election suggests that the delegates in the congress were insanely myopic and failed to ensure the safeguarding of the constitution. In fact it insults the legitimacy of Mangaung/Nasrec congress. I appeal to comrades to desist from insulting the ANCYL and other organizations using an individual as an entry point. Disrespect for congress resolutions is disrespect for the organization. Floyd remains a directly elected NEC member with powers vested on the leadership by the constitution and congress. He should be respected for the position he hold if you fail to respect him as a human being. Just principle matters, no cult nor undying love/hatred for an individual comrade. I love the organization more than anyone who led or lead it at any given epoch....
