You have the document. You can make an opinion about it. I am sorry that you don't like *my* opinion about the document. But that's typical of people who want to have their own opinion, I suppose.
The document cannot be pushed backwards, but it does not have to be pushed forwards. But for the future, and in general, I think that comrades should not, as a rule, publish material that they are not sure of. There may be exceptions, if there are reasons, but in this case, the document is certainly divisive, so my recommendation to anyone would be, do not pass it on. It will mislead people, as it is intended to do. There is no good reason for communists to want to mislead people. File it in the bin. Don't give it "legs". That's my advice.
