NUM Press Alert, 9 April 2015 NUM holds an Organiser's Forum The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) is currently holding an Organiser's Forum at the Elijah Barayi Memorial Training Centre in Midrand. The forum started today and it will end tomorrow. The forum brings together NUM organisers across all 11 regions of the NUM. The purpose of the forum is to brief the NUM organisers about the Labour Law new amendments and issues that are affecting COSATU. NUM General Secretary Frans Baleni will address the forum at 9 am followed by the Acting COSATU General Secretary Bheki Ntshalintshali at 11 am. The media is invited to attend and report.
