I think it might be better to move them back to the right side based
on how I tend to place my mouse while using the system. I'm biased
towards myself.

I've come to expect tag navigation on the right side of the del page,
and use the boundary between the right side and the bookmark section
as a resting place for my mouse (roughly speaking, from informal
observation.)

So, to jump to the functions in "your bookmarks | inbox | for | post"
I now have to track diagonaly to the opposite side of the view.
whereas, before I only had to move up.

I don't know if other users experience the same behavior. Maybe it's
just me. Also, as new users adopt the system, expectations of expected
layout of functions will change and the most frequent behavior will
adapt accordingly.

just thinking out loud.
