The search engine is considering tags that other people have given to
the links you've bookmarked. While you haven't tagged those as
"gtd", someone else has, so they appear as hits in your personal
results.
This accidental behavior is interesting. On one hand, the results
you've shown are on-topic for _Getting Things Done_. On the other
hand, you don't specifically consider them to be or you'd have tagged
them "gtd" yourself.
