Hi Matthew, Point taken. We have quite a few ways of having users communicate with us, and we should be paying close attention to all of them. YOur message a month ago slipped through the cracks and it was clearly an 'oops' on our part. In general we try to be extremely responsive to our users and we need to stay on top of that. I think I actually emailed you personally last week about a question you had, so hopefully that's evidence to you that we do make an effort.
Communication with users is extremely important to us, and one of the things we're working on right now is to create a real forum for discussing del.icio.us, which is more collaborative and doesn't require a separate login.
