I'd love to see this feature too. Up to now, the only way is to use an RSS reader to subscribe to my public bookmarks feed. What's annoying is bookmarks that's converted into private would still show up in my feed. I think they should be deleted once they're set to private. Also, I hope when adding a bookmark via the bookmarklet, there's a way to make "do not share" option to be ticked by default. I can always go to my collection and share later on.
