Another point is that if you have any interest at all in a Blu-Ray player, you can't touch the player alone for less than half-again the price of the PS-3. Of course Blu-Ray/HDDVD players may well be selling for $20 next month :-) It's like getting the Blu-Ray player for 40% off and getting a Cel- based computer thrown in for free.
