New issue 323 by paulvdw: cabal install yi fails.

On my system, running `cabal install yi` didn't work, failing on a required
file not being found (gtk2hsC2hs). The solution was to do `cabal install
gtk2hs-buildtools`, so I believe this should be a dependency.
