Thanks for the reply. Yes, I know that's not a good idea now. I would like to think there is a well maintained Yocto/Poky repository somewhere in the world like the debian/Raspbian deb source to leverage (build and maintain my own repo is not my purpose.) Looks like there is not such repo available... I do notice there is a Yocto subproject called "meta-debian", which try to leverage the debian repo. As with using Yocto you probably are defining your own, that would have to be your own repository URL.
