Should Netscape code be deleted?

The Connector_impl and Acceptor_impl classes contain code that checks to 
see if the JVM vendor is Netscape, and uses the Netscape security 
manager to assert some privileges.  Since the Netscape JVM level is 
"older than the hills" and Yoko is targeting 1.5 with base ORB support 
for 1.4.2, I suspect the Netscape code can be removed.
