Rick,

There's something wrong with the signatures on the distribution assemblies.   
They aren't lining up correctly.   Looks like I was wrong about   
the "finalName" thing.  :-(

I would just resign those manually to get those properly signed.   


I'd also copy JUST the files that will be part of the distribution (copied 
to /www/p.a.o/dist/incubator/yoko) into a separate directory so it's clear 
what stuff is going to the maven repository (everything you have right 
now) and what is going to the dist directory.


Other than that, it looks pretty good.
