Entourage is definitely not like Outlook and Outlook for Mac that is coming
out with Office for Mac 2011 is not going to be EXACTLY alike either. This
page gives some differences with links to other articles describing the
differences.

You might try SpellCatcherX to help with this one.

As to your other questions...I don't know if any of these are possible in
Entourage other than to use a script. I'm sure some of the list members will
chime in shortly to tell you about any workarounds they have found.

Send Complex HTML with Inline Files 2004 By: Rob Buckley

<http://www.robbuckley.co.uk/HTML2004.php>

Send Complex HTML with Inline Files 2004 will take an arbitrary HTML file
and embed it in an outgoing Entourage message better still, it will parse
the HTML for links to files (images, etc)... attach the file to the message
with base64 encoding (using UNIX magic to guess the MIME type)... then
rewrite the HTML to reference the attachment rather than the local file. If
you run the script on a draft message, whatever text you type into the
message body will be used as the plain text alternative to the HTML (for
non-HTML compatible clients).

Sorry, I don't have better news for you. I might suggest that you run Office
2010 in Parallels. I understand that it's as fast as running it under
Windows.
