Following the link, I have:
1) Selected the product I purchased: Office Home & Student edition
2) Entered my 3 product keys, the purchase date (Aug 18, 2010), the country I
bought the software in (USA - through Amazon) and the product language: English
3) Sent/uploaded copy of my purchase receipt
I have been given a customer number and been told to wait until they have
verified everything ("as early as November").
OK - questions:
1) Will the upcoming upgrade be downloadable? Or is it disks sent to a
physical address?
2) Will it still come with 3 product keys and be installable on 3 machines?
3) Where/when/how to upgrade to the 2011 Business Edition? Do I wait 1st to get
the 2011 Home & Student upgrade done and then go into Word or Excel and
"purchase" a Business upgrade?
5) I am a little worried about "purchasing" anything on this site. I tried it
before for the Home & Student version. I live in Ecuador - country that
doesn't even appear on their country list. Credit cards and billing addresses
from Ecuador can therefore not be introduced and even my Paypal account that
ties to my Ecuadorian Credit Cards is rejected. That's why I bought from
Amazon (that does accept my credit cards) and had it shipped to a US address
that couriered the software to Ecuador.... Any thoughts on this?
Best Regards,
Hendrik
