According to the Technology Guarantee FAQ
<https://www.techg.arvatousa.com/OfficeMacTechG/FAQ.aspx>:

"Download of Office for Mac 2011 is available for select languages and
markets. If the Download Office for Mac 2011 option appears on your My
Account
<https://www.techg.arvatousa.com/OfficeMacTechG/MyAccountLogin.aspx> page
during the redemption process, you are able to download Office for Mac
2011. If it does not appear, you will be able to to purchase a DVD. A DVD
can be purchased until December 31, 2010."

It will come with one product key but you will be able to activate that
key up to three times at any one time.

The upgrade from Home & Student 2011 to Home & Business 2011 will be done
within the application itself. You will complete a form, enter your credit
card information and receive an additional product key. This product key
will unlock Outlook and other features specific to the Home & Business
edition.

If your credit card is not accepted for the upgrade then you should
contact Microsoft customer service. Contact information should be
available during the purchasing process.

Since you had difficulty with the initial purchase then you may experience
difficulty with the upgrade process. No one has gone through this process
yet, so we can¹t give you any real-world details. Software is sold online
to specific countries usually because tax and customs laws allow it. The
software may not be available in Ecuador because of difficulties with
these laws.
