My selfish vote goes to keep the email alive and not convert to forum-based
community. I save the commentary and search locally from time to time for
answers, often finding them. What we have (at least so far) is free from
advertisements, which I appreciate as well.
If this has to convert to a forum, perhaps the whole history or last few
years can be archived for searching, the relevance of which will likely
dwindle as time and technology and software move on....
In the meantime, I really want to have a SHOUT OUT for Diane, for her
critical role in making this list what it has been, productive and (usually)
well-behaved. Thanks, "Mom".
