Ah, OK.
Extending that to its logical conclusion, it sounds like there's a need
for a yum-options plugin that surfaces all the configuration directives
available in yum.conf. And I think I'll give that a miss for now!
I think it is a good idea to make a plugin to set the yum.conf options
there don't have command line options already.
Instead of making one plugin for each option.
