[zanata-users] zanata-cli encoding/multibyte problem

When i use zanata-cli to download files it seems the encoding of the 
downloaded po files is incorrect.

Characters like æøå becames æøå so its seems the UTF-8 multibyte 
characters are not keept.

One example from getfedora.po:

msgid "Fedora Code of Conduct"
msgstr "Fedora-adfærdskodeks"
Shoule be:
msgstr "Fedora-adfærdskodeks"
