I'm sure I picked it up somewhere online, if not here then maybe a.f.f-z - but 
you're right, I don't ever remember reading the term in either Motherpeople or 
Society Pages. Rest assured it's a fond diminutive. It does my heart good to 
see Ray White getting in there with a different mix of songs but at the same 
time it breaks my heart to think of Napoleon being treated unfairly (again). 
imho YMMV
