Steve; Very glad for you to hear about your transformation. As I've previously stated there has not been nothing all the kind in me in essence. When I thought that it was then it came it to be that it wasn't really. Though, There has been a natural evolution understood as the natural change life brings in itself with its events, environment etc.. . Science is something I've never trusted as far as human sensitivity concerns. It's sadly the new religion on its way embracing a big crowd. In my personal experience I have watched as as my negative tendancies have gradually given way to more positive tendancies. There has been a definite gradual process of evolution in my emotional reactions. You know, on the phenomenal plane, this process of change is often so slow that it is hard to notice. I don't see at as a matter of control, but rather of awareness and identification. If you are aware of the negative emotional state as it arises and mentally step back from identifying with it, the negative emotional reaction will gradually weaken. Of course, this takes consistent practice over a long period of time. But it is definitely possible. Recent neurological research has demonstrated that neuroplasticity is a reality and that people really can emotionally evolve. IMO. Steve
