Siska, It only talks about D. It tells us what D thinks of B and C, but doesn't tell us anything about B and C. It insinuates B and C have posted some things about which D has made judgements, but nothing really directly about B and C.
With the information presented I don't think I would assume there is a relationship between D and B or D and C. D might think there is, and obviously you do, but it could be just a one-way 'relationship' - unilateral, but my idea of a relationship is a bi-lateral association.
