we can talk the talk however can we walk the walk ?....

sitting on soft silky cushions...so the derriere does not feel the pain is this
zen?
and as for handwoven mats...well well...they too are not zen nor is the
incense

if you sit for 5 mins or 300 mins..or days in silent retreats
 what is the point?
if you still cling to the silky cushion, bow to the golden statue in your mind
and whisper chants in goobly gook

the real world... how do you operate there on a daily basis is the burning
question?

Edgar,

After a man has had the cure, only maintenance doses to the proper titration
are needed. The patient knows the level.

For you, there's a space available in the Urgent Care Department, and a
Professional offering you a seat in an empty room with cushions, colored black.
Don't keep him and us waiting. The world depends on it.
