Just a ploy. Trying to make headlines. He wants to be famous. He tries, even
though he's got nothing. It's puffery.
I call it: "Puffoonery"!
Many are guilty of it. For them, it's guilty pleasure, but, unfortunately,
they don't know how guilty they are ...or don't care.
It's all about headlines, and notice, for them. Whatever it takes is what they
exert. And it's a lot of fiction. Don't buy the newspaper.

PS Time will tell, you know. But, no, the new dictator does NOT want to
commit national suicide. He may be a vacant nut, but he's not crazy. He has
some fox in him, he'd like us to believe. Or, his advisers do. How do I know
all this? I taught Henry Kissinger all he (thinks he!) knows. And updated
Zbigniew Brzezinski, too. This was all at SIA, at Columbia University. We
used to call SIA "CIA", but that was an inside the (Company) joke, not for
publication, especially here. Ooops! As you WERE... .
