Hi Emilio / Laura
More info... I have been checking the ZLB logs (since this morning) and have
started to see the 'clients_max' report more and more..
It appears at the end of a line such as:-
Tue Feb 21 13:54:12 2012 - * - 192.168.10.134 - admin - running
'/usr/local/zenloadbalancer/app/pen/bin/penctl 127.0.0.1:15381 clients_max'
My question is, can the number 15381 to traced back to a virtual
interface/farm/or real server so that I can identify the issue? I am seeing
more of these:-
127.0.0.1:15185 clients_max'
127.0.0.1:17736 clients_max'
127.0.0.1:15381 clients_max'
127.0.0.1:15185 clients_max'
I have tried to Google 'penctl' and 'pen' itself, but I am struggling a little
with the documentation. If I can identify which element is triggering the
'clients_max' setting that I will be able to correctly tune ZLB. Maybe another
enhancement request is hidden in here somewhere?
Thanks guys, great job (I hope that I am not creating too much new work)
Nick
