There are problems in your ucarp communication (between both load balancers
in cluster service). This can be caused by:
*NTP isn't configured or bad configured, for example if you are working
with zen in virtualized mode and you didn't configure the vm tools
*Other host is sending vrrp packages: other cluster service, for example.
*Communication problems between 2 cluster nodes.
Like a workaround:
Select a node (this will be master)
Disable in your selected host the cluster service.
Go to backup node and delete interfaces and farms.
Be sure that in master node all interfaces and farms are up.
After try to solve your vrrp problem. A cross over cable for zen cluster
service could be the most quick solution
