Hi Emilio, VMware tools are up to date but NTP wasn't running. Servers were about 5 seconds out. Installed ntp and will monitor. We've had a couple of instances previously where load balancing went really slow and recovered after 10 minutes, but that only effected new connections, existing ones were maintained. This problem effected all the virtual interfaces and all connections were lost.
