Hi all

Thanks to all on the mac spoofing suggestion, it did the trick.

We now have another problem. Our setup is as follows:

zlb behind our firewall and the vip address is being natted to the outside
world.

client requests come in from the outside world and are routed to the vip of the
zlb and then onto the real server.

what we are seeing is the response from the real server never seems to get back
to the client.

the farm is setup to keep persistent client ip in memory.

our guess is the real server is trying to respond directly to the client
instead of letting the traffic flow back along the same path it came (i.e. the
zlb).

any thoughts on this?

Marco
