I swapped the listening ports.  Apache is now 8080 and zope on 80.  It's
primarily a troubleshooting thing (just making sure there wasn't anything
blocking 8080).

Wait... um, what do you mean that Apache is responding on 8080? Is  
Apache listening on 8080? Or are you using virtual hosts?
