I followed the instructions according to that MS article the other day and it didn't help the issue (I even granted the user the same rights as the administrators group.) It could be that something didn't take affect or I made an error.... I'll look again this afternoon when I find more information... once I have a definite answer, I'll let everyone know. Zakir
