I ran this, restarted zenoss, but I'm still having the same error when
going into system and group.

There is a script that should clean up the object relationships for you:
> python $ZENHOME/Proucts/ZenUtils/CheckRelations.py -R /zport/dmd
It will spit out a lot of info as it chugs through your database.
Basically it is looking for references to objects that no longer
exist and removing them.
