Hi all,

At the moment I have Zenoss 2.1.70 installed and Windows performance monitoring
performs oddly.

Everything seems to run nice when I leave from work, but according to zenoss
performance logs about midnight winexe processes seems to flood the system
overwhelmed and they have stopped logging.

This morning situation was this:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]#ps -ef|grep -c 'winexe'
508

So there was five hudred and eight winexe processes running or waiting!
Load averages were far beyond normal allready at start, but when i tried to
stop zenoss load averages took way beyond 100.
After 5 or so minutes, zenoss stopped but winexe-processes were still there.

Could it be that one or more of the winexe processes has failed at midnight and
those ran after were queued for ever?

Is this a bug or user error? Is there any maximum recommendation to zenoss
windows performance monitoring hosts/processes?

I'm going to upgrade to 2.1.2 and see if that will help.

Anyone have same experiences?
