As an resolution and explanation to problem below: The error was originated from just one host, which happened to be only windows 2000 server host in the monitored servers. Because lacks in WMI SNMP provider in w2k winexe could not perform query.
The bug is that winexe never times out. Actually, it seems that winexe developer(s?) has turned timeouts off intentionally for some reason (http://eol.ovh.org/winexe/) without possibility to turn it on again... Weird thing is that it seems to be failing only with Processor time command ( typeperf -sc 1 "\Processor(_Total)\% Processor Time" ) while WMI Disk Queue. Resolution was to move this w2k host to it's own class and slice template bindings so that WindowsWMIDeviceTemplateV2 zenpack won't affect w2k host.
