It can also be due to snmp-informant being out to lunch. I've had
several windows XP and Server 2k3 hosts where it installs fine, but
Windows refuses to load it, claiming it cannot find a dll that is in the
path the properties dialog says it's looking in. Maybe try perfmon or
WMI Native Poll zenpack?

This could be due to either snmp-informant not being installed on the windows
host, or the zWinUser and zWinPasswd fields not being filled in in the
'zproperties' of that host.. zenwin seems to need that for pulling data out of
WMI.
