You can - but you just have to configure Zenoss to do so. By default, Zenoss graphs those things via SNMP informant MIBS. I've suggested trying Perfmon zenpack or WMI NativePoll as some options to get the info in alternative ways. You of course could write up the code to the the SNMP parsing, or use a command datapoint(s) with the Cacti plugin as well.
