I started getting these same errors when I upgraded my zenoss 2.1.3 to 2.2.0 running on an upgraded (7.04 -> 7.10 -> 8.04) Ubuntu Server. Also, it seems that zenoss 2.2.0 has done away with zenwinmodeler daemon.
