If you have a device, e.g. a printer that supports SNMP but doesn't always 
respond to snmp queries(like when the device goes to sleep), you can disable 
the monitoring of the device's snmp agent by setting zSnmpMonitorIgnore to TRUE.

zSnmpMonitorIgnore is found in the device's zProperties.  Click on the down 
triangle, select More and then click on zProperties.



That will take you the zProperties for that device.  From there you can set the 
zSnmpMonitorIgnore to TRUE.

Optionally you set zSnmpMonitorIgnore for a class of devices.  By going to the 
zProperties for that class of devices.
