Are you using your own account, or the built in admin account in Zenoss?
Alerts only work with your own accounts.

So make sure you're actually matching.
Thank you for help. But it still doesn't work. :(
Is there some log where i can check it? I mean maybe Zenoss works properly
(create and send emails) but by some reason emails does not reach my mail box.
