Hello,

As the zenoss user, do a zenoss stop

Then go to the $ZENHOME/var and delete all the .pid and .zec files.

Then do a ps -ef | grep  for zen and make sure all the zenoss daemons are
stopped.

Then do a zenoss start and everything should come up.
