Thanks for the reply, I tried that from a previous post I reviewed with no 
luck. 

Got someone to help me out with the /etc/my.cnf & with the inodb tables. I 
think mysql didn't know how to get them online again since it didn't have 
anything set to tell it about innodb tables.  This was the first time the 
mysqld had been cycled since I installed zenoss.
