Has anyone noticed this in the Google Maps API Terms of Use? From our
interpretation just about everyones Zenoss implementation using Google maps
will be contravening this rule.

The way I read this is that I have put my Zenoss server out on the public
internet. Ours has to be in the 'development and testing phase' forever because
there is no way it is going on the public internet for anyone to see.
Any comments from Zenoss regarding this? Is there an agreement between Zenoss
and Google? Am I reading it wrong?
I am with a government institution dealing with legal matters so this is going
to be show stopper for us. Makes life difficult when the Judge sees their own
IT department in court. This may force us to remove Zenoss from the network.
