Hmmm. Well, both methods are telling you that there is no response at 
that OID - which implies to me that either you've munged the OID 
somehow, or perhaps the device isn't exposing that OID to the Zenoss box 
- is there an SNMP ACL on the device or how is the snmpd.conf setup...?
