Well, Zenoss is "agentless", but in reality that means that you do run SNMP on Windows and WMI, and SNMP or SSH on other devices. It also means you often have to create or install community Zenpacks to get various functionality.
The default Windows monitoring requires SNMP Informant installed on the Windows computers, but you could use a WMI Zenpack to use built in Windows stuff instead. I believe there is an AIX zenpack that will get you some info, but for HP-Unix you'll probably have to create your own templates...
