when i upgraded to 2.4.3 i also set a delay on my alerting rule of 300 seconds. at that point i stopped getting clear notices. then i saw the notice that 2.4.3 had broken clear, so i waited for 2.4.5. now i've installed 2.4.5 and i still am not getting clear messages. i removed the delay, but that doesn't seem to have fixed it.
