So I have installed SNMP Informant package on the client, and deleted the 
device on Zenoss. I then reinstalled the device making sure to key in the 
correct community name.

I no longer get the error message that the RRD file is missing. It is yet to 
log any performance data, but I will check again in an hour to make sure it is 
functioning correctly.
