The server is sending approximately 10 Million messages for the 100 that need to be filtered on the client side [specific zipcode selected randomly among 100,000. The client waits for 100 of them]. If you sleep 1 second in the main server loop it will take forever. If you want to see what is going on, then hardcode the zipcode on both the client and server side.
