The purpose of this issue is to respect his outstanding work and fundamental contributions on ecological and environmental economics. Papers are invited for the special issue within the scope of IJEES or research interests of Professor Charles Perrings (http://www.york.ac.uk/depts/eeem/resource/perrings/perrings.htm). The deadline for submission of papers is January 15, 2006.
