DEEPAWALI GREETINGS
---------------------
MAY
this festive occasion of Deepawli which
commemorates the historic triumph of Virtue over Vice
once again rise above the usual rituals , and serve
its inherent purpose of establishing righteousness all
around.
MAY
these illuminating lights dispel for ever the
evils of animosity, hatred and malice from our hearts,
and revive those bonds of affection and benevolence
which have remained the hallmarks of our culture for
centuries.
MAY
the soothing flickers of earthen lamps give the
peace of mind which might convince us of the disasters
of religious enmity and frenzy.
MAY
we celebrate this year's Deepawli in such an
atmosphere of deep mutual affection that the sacred
bonds of humanity alone may remain the governing force
for all the time to come.
